Simple fixes for common ChocoHax problems
Connection Issues (Panel → Server)
What to do:
Whitelist these IPs in your hosting provider:
Allow TCP connections via your server port
Test your connection:
Example: http://123.232.232.232:30120/chocohax/heartbeat
Anti-DDoS blocking the connection:
Ask your hosting provider to unfilter/whitelist these IPs in their anti-DDoS system
Auth Failed (Server → Panel)
How to fix:
Test connection from your server:
Should get replies from our servers
If ping fails, contact your hosting provider:
Tell them: "My server needs to connect to lyx.ac for anticheat authentication. Please unblock this domain."
False Positives
Fix Config
Turn OFF features that cause false positives:
❌ Analyze your Discord logs and identify the feature that is causing the false positive
❌ Turn off the feature or adjust the category settings
❌ Restart your server 2 times
Whitelist Areas
Add safe zones:
✅ Spawn areas
✅ Garage zones
✅ Minigames zones
Fix Permissions
Test Everything
Try these:
🔸 Ask players to perform normal activities while checking logs
🔸 Try to use admin actions like noclipping, teleporting, etc
🔸 Report the false positive to the support

Most Common Performance Problem - Example:
❌ Bad Setup (Causes Lag)
- • You have ChocoHax anti-spam protection enabled
- • You have emote resources that are getting used a lot by players (like dpemotes)
- • These resources spam animation entities constantly
- • ChocoHax checks every entity created by these resources = massive performance hit
✅ Good Setup (No Lag)
- • Disable anti-spam protection in ChocoHax settings
- • OR whitelist your animation resources properly
Performance targets:
Check your configuration:
- • Disable useless features
- • Turn off anti-spam if you have animation resources
- • Make sure features don't conflict with other resources
Check your server health:
Make sure your server is running well overall
